INVESTOR | EX-CEO
DOLIUM is a disruptive, private equity-backed company in the sustainable packaging space for beverage producers. Reporting to the Board, took over full operational responsibility for turnaround project. Company had a differentiated product, but a history of quality and production issues, and lacked a clear strategy and capital to scale. Led three financing rounds and finalizing transition to a new ownership group which allowed me to step away from day-to-day management.
